The National Geographic Traveller has described Dingle as “the most beautiful place on earth”. The Dingle Peninsula on the southwest Atlantic coast Ireland, is surrounded by golden sandy beaches and rocky cliffs. While walking the Dingle Way you will enjoy lush green pastures sweeping down from the heather-clad mountains above to reach a wild and rugged Atlantic coastline.
The Dingle Peninsula proudly boasts of been home to the greatest array of archaeological monuments in western Europe, somewhere in excess of 2,000 monuments.
Just south of the Dingle Peninsula lies the Iveragh Peninsula that forms a walkers’ version of the Ring of Kerry driving tour. Our self-guided/independent walking tour of the Kerry Way offers you some spectacular scenery from that stretches from open mountain side to the wild Atlantic Ocean. The Kerry Way takes you trough quaint villages and towns where you will have an option to visit places like Derrynane House the ancestral home of Daniel O’Connell.
